Dr. Martha Bournia MD has been providing psychiatric medical care in Greece for over 30 years. In her venture into private practice she has dealt with the whole spectrum of psychiatric pathologies, internal family conflicts, drug dependency and various forms of addiction. Dr. Bournia is currently the first doctor in Europe to implement Vivitrol for Alcoholism & Opiates programs. Through many years of trial and error Dr. Martha has developed an innovative approach to the treatment of mental health disorders that focus on treating the person in their entirety. Her work in addiction management led to the foundation of Athena Passages in Greece. Having worked with high profile patients in the past she knows how to manage cases where discretion is of high importance.
