As a valued participant in our holistic sober living homes program, we assure you that every aspect of your treatment, from the initial assessment to aftercare, will be handled with utmost care.

Each individual SLH will have different requirements for the residents, but many will have these typical requirements: No drugs, alcohol, violence, or overnight guests. Active participation in recovery meetings. Random drug and alcohol tests.

Living in a sober environment helps you develop new habits and routines, taking what you learned during drug or alcohol rehab and applying it in your daily life. This is where the rubber starts to meet the road in addiction recovery.

By clicking on ‘I read and accepted the Terms and Conditions’ or signing the PDF hard copy, booking the service dates, submitting the Patient Intake and paying for the program this Agreement becomes a legally binding agreement with the Program Provider, the Participant most agree and pay in full before arrival an is not obliged to sign the original form of this agreement upon arrival. In order to enroll and participate in the Program, Participant must be over eighteen (18) years of age. Minors under the age of 18 (eighteen) cannot participate in the Program. If, at any time, The Poseidon Method  Inc., The DBA or website discovers that Participant is under 18 years of age and/or under the age of majority, Participant’s account shall be cancelled and all monies due will be forfeited as partial damages for violation(s) of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

The Agreement and the provisions hereof shall be in full force and effect commencing on the date accepted by Participant and remain in force until terminated by the completion of the Program or terminated by either party prior to termination. The participant accepts that the Program Provider can cancel this agreement and the Program at any given time with or without reasonable cause.

The Program abides by a ZERO TOLERANCE policy as relates to any illegal acts by the Participant, according to local Greek law and/or European Union Laws. Furthermore, should a Participant perform an illegal act of any kind, the Program Provider has the right to cancel the Agreement. In addition to illicit acts the program provider has the right to cancel the agreement in the event that any rules and regulations are broken by the participant, to mention few: Bad conduct, substance and drug use and/or abuse which has not been prescribed by a doctor within or outside of the programs territory, escaping or departing from any of the programs premises without prior notice to staff members, aggressiveness towards people, animals or property, verbal abuse and inappropriate language, damage or destruction of property, suicide attempts or threats, self-inflicted injuries, third-party aggressiveness, not following program instructions or anything illegal by Greek and European laws. Participant’s account shall be canceled and all monies due will be forfeited as partial damages for violation(s) of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

The program provider has the right to conduct body search at any given time In order to determine if the participant has possession of any non-prescribed or illicit substance as well as prohibited articles such as weapons or prohibited electronic devices.

What is included in the sober living house experience Program?

All basic materials for all Program classes are included in the price, breakfast, lunch and dinner meals and snacks, snacks and beverages throughout the Program. (Alcoholic drinks are not allowed in the Program unless allowed by medicine practitioners). Program description most be reviewed by mail by the participant or in a private link within The Poseidon Method Luxury Sober living and it is also agreed to by clicking: I read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Should a participant require medical detoxification It will be included in the total cost and estimated based on the specific needs of the participant, should there be any changes of the original estimate, time frame, and/or other details it should be mutually agreed in writing by the program provider and the participant. Residents in sober-living homes commit to abstaining from substance use while participating in outpatient programming or needed. The participant’s program is always tailored to the specific person case and needs, the time frame will vary in accordance to the program. Also included in the program is: Accommodation, food and beverage, medicine, local medical supervisions during detox (after detoxification medicine is at extra cost), local transportation to the various venues of the program. Airfare not included.

Accommodation

Accommodation is included in The Poseidon Method program. However, we have several affiliated residences available to our participants in the premium category range and can be viewed in PDF files sent by mail, and/or under https://poseidonmethod.com rehab-accommodation/” on this website, should there be no space available, we will provide additional accommodation options by email for further acceptance. Other quality accommodations are also available upon request, e.g. private villas, superior quality condominiums, flats, or similar accommodations. In addition, we can provide additional external services such as: hospital services, sports, massage, martial arts, yoga, private limousine or another vehicle service, personal tour guides, language translators and more.

Terms and Conditions

By accepting the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, the Participant agrees to hold harmless The Facilitator , Poseidon Method Inc., its Employees including but not limited to any of our 3rd Party providers, clinicians, house service providers, Billing Service provider ” Secure Management LLC” (the Program Provider) and affiliated organizations for any injuries or other damages incurred while in Greece EU and for utilizing the services of any third party Providers including, but not limited to, Financial Billing Services, Local Clinicians , Medial Specialty, Management teams, residential homes, detoxification clinics, transportation services, tour guides, or any other US, European and Greek service providers. Third party activity providers shall carry liability insurance covering activities within its physical premises. These Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are exclusively applicable under Greek law and any dispute arising from the aforementioned shall be subject to arbitration and/or legal proceedings as provided by Greek law.

All Program Participants are encouraged to secure individual insurance that covers their travels and extended stay abroad while away from home. ( medical and travel Insurance). If desired, Facilitator Company for The sober living homes & it’s Medical Tourism providers can help the Program’s directors to suggest assistance with securing such insurance.

Application and admission requirements

The Participant must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to attend the Program. Minors between the ages of eight and eighteen may not enroll in the Program except if the minors are accommodated separately and subject to a complementary agreement that shall be drafted in accordance to the participant and the minor’s needs, minors must be under the full supervision of adults.

Health & Safety

All Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings and must at all times act with the safety of other Participants in mind. Safe boxes are available on request. The program provider has the right to conduct body search by authorized personnel in order to search for illicit substances or illicit objects in order to secure safety for all the program participants. Program participants risk full cancellation of their program without reimbursement should they be liable of use or possession of illicit substances or products. The program provider has the right to conduct clinical blood screening at any moment to ensure that the participant is not abusing non prescribed substances or illicit drugs.

Use of Electronic devices

During program activities, it is strictly forbidden to use any type of electronic devices such as: mobile phones, laptops or personal computers, sound recorders, vie cameras, or any other type of electronic device in order to guarantee the safety and privacy of our program participants. The use of electronic devices is allowed during free time and in accordance with the program provider instructions in regards to location or locations within the premises.

Special requirements

We will be pleased to help with certain dietary requirements or other special needs. Those who require individual attention in this regard should take it up prior to booking. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to satisfy all needs we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Payment & Refunds

Full payment must be submitted at the time of booking.

Once client fills out the admission form and commits to the program there are no refunds for any reason as per the terms and conditions of the onboarding process. Early termination or discharge for rule violation will receive no refunds. Early discharge will be considered AMA or Against Medical Advice and will not receive a refund. Any private programs set in a residential setting will NOT receive refunds under any circumstances. This is due to the fact that all of our services are paid for in advance to the client arriving. In the event that client is unable to join program on initially agreed check in date due to an illness or hospitalization the Sober Living Housing & Research Group DBA: ATHENA PASSAGES / Poseidonmethod.com management will review proof of illness and determine a full credit towards a future rehab program minus lost expenses. A new admission date will be scheduled up to 30 days after the original check in date. After 30 days the credit is no longer valid and client must re-apply for the program. In addition, any VIP luxury treatment programs’ pricing is subject to change based on season and availability.

No refund is allowed after booking and payments.  Any private program set in a luxury private residential treatment facility does not receive refunds. In addition, any VIP luxury treatment programs’ pricing is subject to change based on season and availability.

Cancellations by Program Provider

If we have to cancel your program before it starts we will refund less expanses and no more than 50%. In the event of cancellation, for whatever reason, our liability shall be limited to the refund of fees pertaining to the Program. All bookings are considered firm and fees are not refundable as per the stated limitations. It is recommended that you purchase suitable holiday insurance from our 3rd party supplier or from somebody of your own choosing. We reserve the right to make minor amendments to the Program without notice.

Smoking

For the benefit of all Program Participants smoking inside the Poseidon Method Luxury premises or third party’s premises is not permitted.

Group Bookings

A discount is available for group bookings of 3 (three) or more people. The booking will have to be made by one person who will be regarded as the group leader, or legal representative, through whom all arrangements will be made. All participants will have to individually agree to this agreement.

The Poseidon Method Luxury rehabilitation program admits participants of any race, color or national and ethnic origin with all rights, privileges, and activities generally accorded or made available to such program participants. The Poseidon Method Luxury leaving program is not responsible for personal injury or legal infractions involving participants and/or their visitors.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece (EU-European Community) without regard to conflicts of law principles. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be in an appropriate court located in Greece. The Participant hereby submits to the jurisdiction and venue of said Courts. The Participant consents to service of process in any legal proceeding.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement, and by signing up electronically on the reservations/admissions page of the Poseidon Method Luxury and by supplying the Program Provider with all the required information to sign up as a Participant, the Participant is acknowledging that the Participant has read and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions, promises, warranties, duties, and obligations set forth in the above Agreement and agrees to be bound by the terms thereof.

The Participant acknowledges and understands that any breach of these provisions gives the Program Provider the right to revoke the Participant’s status without notice as well as cancel the Participant’s program and that all monies due will be forfeited as partial damages for violation(s) of the Terms and Services of the Agreement.

The Program Facilitator requires that every Program Participant complete the appropriate admission form, and submit same to the Provider, for review and acceptance. The Program Provider has the right to reject at any given time and without notice said application. A no reply notice to any program Participant may constitute a delay in processing, overload in requests or a denial of acceptance to the program.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Patient waives, releases, and holds harmless the Facilitator, as well as its employees, representatives, heirs, assigns, and/or agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all suits, claims, proceedings, demands and/or incidents for medical complications, bodily injury, death, and/or property damage of any person or entity, including derivative claims of any kind for pain, suffering, loss of capacity, loss of earning, and/or loss of consortium (“Claims”), which in any way arise out of or in connection with Facilitator’s Services.

Further, to the maximum extent allowed by law, Patient shall defend and indemnify Released Parties from any and all such Claims.

The Parties mutually waive, release, and relinquish any claim or demand for consequential, special, punitive, incidental, and/or indirect damages of any kind, regardless of the factual basis or legal theory from which it arises.

The Poseidon Method Luxury program runs all year long. It is a normally one month more or less, program (Monday through Friday) which includes various classes per day of educational rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation, including detoxification in a professional referral clinic, personal and group therapy, nutrition, physical activities, and other educational classes,. The final program will be handed to the participants upon arrival.

Weekends are not part of the program. However, The Poseidon Method Luxury offers optional activities such as field trips and participation in various venues and events.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO OR ARE NOT LEGALLY ABLE TO AGREE TO BE BOUND TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS WEBSITE.

Client/Resident/Patient of Poseidon Method expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no case shall Secure Management Billing Company be liable for damages (whether caused by employees, agents, or otherwise) in connection with Poseidon Method sober living services or the performance of any other obligation under these terms and conditions or quotation for:

1. Any direct, special or consequential loss, damage, costs or expenses
2. Any loss of profits: loss of anticipated profits; loss of business; loss of reputation
3. Any failure to perform any of our obligations
4. Any losses cause directly or indirectly by any failure or your breach in relation to your obligations
5. Any losses arising directly or indirectly from the choice of services and how they will meet your requirements or your use or the services or any goods supplied in connection with Poseidon Method Sober living home.

From time to time, if the guest and the physicians will ask for Program charges include:  The detoxification and educational rehabilitation programs and all materials, local transportation from your residence to the various program locations and back, provided that you stay in one of our affiliated residences. If you choose different accommodations it is your responsibility to be on time at the daily program locations. Airfare is not included.

The program website depicts links that show some of our affiliated residences which are located close to the various program venues. We do suggest that you stay at one of these residences but you are certainly free to make your own accommodation arrangements. We can also offer you another type of accommodation and air travel through one of our affiliated travel agents in Greece. Whichever option you prefer we will be happy to assist you.

The Poseidon Method Sober living International makes no warranty that this Website ( DBA) will meet your requirements, that Content will be accurate or reliable, that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
